Fuquay Varina, NC: In the November/December 2017 issue of Cary Magazine, it was announced that Mike P. Hamby, DDS of Hamby Family Dental Center in Fuquay Varina, NC was named one of their top general dentists in the 2018 Maggy Awards Best of Western Wake. In fact, Dr. Hamby was the only dentist in Fuquay Varina to be named in the list of winners. Winners were chosen by their peers – ballots were sent to local Wake County dentists listed with the American Dental Association. Each voting dentist was asked which dentist they would refer someone to and were also given the opportunity to nominate those who they thought should be included in the Winners’ list. Dentists were evaluated on several factors, including experience, bedside manner, results, and continuing education. Due to Dr. Hamby’s wonderful manner, decades of experience, skills, the healthy smiles of his patients, and his commitment to excellence, he was voted a Top Dentist by the dentists from Wake County.
